If you agree to the Tos you can create an account with Taunaki.com by signing up using the link in the top right corner of the page.
In order to sign up, you need to fill certain information which will be stored with us. These informations are for our own statistical use and are stored in order to give you a better experience with Taunaki.com. If you fail to provide us with this information, you will receive error messages when you try to create an account.

You must fill the email address, your display name, the password and confirmation, your postal code, city and country. The rest of the information is up to you and how much you want to share about yourself. Only the fields you have filled will be displayed, though the mandatory fields apart from callname will never be displayed.

When you have filled the form to create a user account and submitted it, you should within a few minutes receive a confirmation mail with a link that you click to activate your account. Should you not get this mail, please check your spam folders to see if it has been contained in one of those before trying again or contacting us for help.

You need to be logged in to change your user settings. You can change the information and settings stored for your account by clicking on the settings link in the top right corner.

When you're logged in, you can see a list of your reviews. You have to be logged in, in order to write a new review.

Make sure you've written the link properly, with the http:// first. Otherwise the system will just think you've written a line of text and not a link. So, write http://www.taunaki.com instead of just www.taunaki.com.

In order to create a business listing, you need to be signed in. You can't create a new business listing without writing a review at the same time.
When you write a new business listing you must fill the fields marked with a star, which is name of place, address, postal code, city, state and country. If you don't write a review, you'll get an error message returned.

Once a business is created and saved, only the business owner will be able to change the information therein.

You need to be logged in to write a review. Once so, you can browse through the business and reviews and write your own for the business you're viewing. The form for writing a review is at the bottom of the page.

It's easy to rate a business. Just make sure you're logged in and then click on the stars next to a business listing and select the number of stars you want to rate it with.

By going to the search function you can search through reviews and businesses. You can search for keywords, categories, specialities, location, if they do home visits and what price range you're interested in.

It's easy to become an author with Taunaki.com. Merely go to the authors page and read the conditions there. Once you've desided to sign up, merely click the link at the bottom and fill the form with the relevant information. You should hear back from us within a couple of days. Alternatively you can always send a mail to contact@taunaki.com to get in touch with us.

To manage your articles you simply log in and go to your user pages. Click the Dashboard link and you'll find a list of your articles and option to write and schedule new ones.

Taunaki.com supports the W3C standards, which unfortunately some browsers do not understand and display properly, especially Internet Explorer 6 has problems with following any kind of standard.
